Julia Wilson Joins New York Office of Fisher Phillips

Newly opened office of Fisher Phillips welcomes new associate.

New York, N.Y., (October 3, 2016) – Julia Wilson has joined the New York office of Fisher Phillips as an associate, the firm announced today. She was previously an associate at the New York City office of Millbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.

Admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and New York, Wilson has represented corporations and individuals both at trial and appellate levels. Her work has focused on regulatory, management-side employment, as well as complex antitrust matters and disputes arising from corporate transactions.

“Our office is growing and we’re thrilled to add Julia to our team,” said Michael Marra, co-regional managing partner of Fisher Phillips’ New York office, which opened in July. “Julia has received superior training and possesses litigation skills that will help us continue to expand our practice.”

Brian Gershengorn, the office’s other co-regional managing partner continued, “Her experience with highly sophisticated clients and complicated litigations, her demonstrated work ethic and her people skills will greatly benefit our clients.”

Wilson received her J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from Claremont McKenna College. While in law school, Wilson interned for the Honorable John M. Leventhal and contributed to the American Journal of Criminal Law.
