- The Event: Film Shoot 45th to 47th Street Broadway and 7th Avenue
- Perimeter: Broadway & 7th Ave, 42nd to 48th Streets.
- NO PUBLIC VIEWING
- Vehicle Traffic on 7th Avenue from 48th to 45th closed at 0001 hours
- Vehicular Traffic on Side Streets (45th, 46th, 47th and 48th Street closed at 0400
- Security Perimeter in place at 1500 (42-49 6th to 8th)
- Show Begins at 1800
Security Restrictions
- 45th to 48th Street on Broadway and 7th Avenue is a CLOSED FILM SET governed by the Governors Film Shoot Requirements. Anyone in that site needs to comply with COVID Screening guidelines.
- Due to Security Concerns, outdoor viewing from buildings is prohibited. Property managers should ensure that access is restricted.
- Special instructions will direct posts to ensure employees and visitors will have access to hotels, office buildings, and outdoor dining restaurants if open.
- Employees must have Employment Identification or a letter from their employer to gain access from 6th or 8th Avenue
- Assign a representative to the nearest cut-off block to facilitate in identifying guests.
- Submit access information to the Times Square Alliance for distribution to the perimeter posts.
- Notify local precinct of access requirements.
