Teen Shot in Foot Near Times Square, Police Say
A 17-year-old boy was wounded in the foot after two gunmen opened fire near Times Square, according to police.

MIDTOWN, NY — A 17-year-old boy was shot in the foot early Sunday morning near Times Square, and police are searching for two armed suspects who fled the scene.
According to the NYPD, the shooting happened around 2 a.m. Sunday near Broadway and West 43rd Street.
Investigators said two unidentified men pulled out firearms and fired several rounds. During the gunfire, a 17-year-old boy was struck in the left foot.

Police transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was listed in stable condition.
The suspects fled on foot and no arrests have been made yet.

Police are searching for the suspects and have released surveillance photos of the pair. The investigation remains ongoing.
