3 Hurt In 3-Car Miller Place Crash
One man suffered a serious head injury in the crash Friday night.

MILLER PLACE, NY – Three people were hurt, including a man who suffered a serious head injury, in a three-car crash in Miller Place Friday night, police said.
According to police, a female driver made a left-hand turn from eastbound Route 25A onto Hunter Avenue when she struck a vehicle that was traveling westbound. The vehicle traveling westbound then hit another car that was stopped on westbound 25A, police said.
All three drivers, who police did not identify, were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The vehicles were impounded for safety checks. No charges have been filed. The investigation is continuing.
