Advance Auto May Expand to Vacant Space [Empty in Rocky Point]

A 1,900 square-foot space next to Advance Auto Parts on 25A and Rocky Point-Yaphank Road in Rocky Point is available for rent, and there have been talks that the auto parts store may expand into the area.

According to David, the store manager at Advance Auto Parts, there have been discussions of buying the space.

"I believe they were talking, one of our higher ups came and were thinking about buying it," he said. "I don't know if it's official but there are talks."

While there have been discussions by the store, the building owner told Patch that nothing is set yet and they are still actively looking for a tenant.
