It has been over nine years, but on Thursday the U.S. Military formally ended ts war in Iraq and the last 4,000 American troops set to withdraw by the end of the year. With troops heading home all over the country, we wanted to recognize those returning home in Mt. Sinai, Miller Place, Rocky Point, Sound Beach or Shoreham.
