With the addition of its new parish hall Trinity Lutheran will offer: large flexible spaces that may be sub-divided; alternate space for small meetings; a large space with high ceilings to be used for indoor play and congregational activities; an entrance to the building that will eliminate congestion at the point of egress; an improved kitchen and food pantry facility; and an exterior compatible with the existing annex and church.
As the unique design of the church building appears to many as a large fish, in the Rocky Point community Trinity is known as “The Fish Church.” In reality however, the church is in the shape of an equilateral triangle, a Christian symbol of the Trinity.
