Biggest Loser: Week 9 - Two Weeks Left

Biggest Loser - 2 Weeks left!

This week the group at Ed Darcey's Biggest Loser enter into their 9th week of the contest. With only 2 full weeks before final results and weigh in. Week 8 proved to have a lot of the work PAY OFF for some contestants.

Geoff reported, "We are closing out on week 7 and after a great leg workout with Ed I have officially broken the 200lbs mark. Weighed out at 199lbs today! Started at 228lbs (really 233lbs but for competition sake we will keep it 228!) Goal was 205 but now it is 190..Watch out!"

Don retorted, "Beware Geoff…my goal is 199!" While myself and Laura had some weekend breakdowns of diet, others have not shown up to the gym! I have consistently lost 2 to 4 pounds a week and at this point my goal is low 230's! It's down to the wire and it should be fun to watch the last 2 weeks results.
