Crime Report: Teen Arrested After Alleged BB Gun Shooting Spree

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

• A 19-year-old from Mt. Sinai was arrested on Saturday after he allegedly shot a BB gun at a house and two cars on Henearly Drive in Miller Place. The teen was arrested at 4:05 a.m. and was charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

• John Lang, 23, of Sound Beach, was arrested on Friday on Lower Rocky Point Road in Sound Beach and charged with second-degree burglary, a felony. Police said he used a spare key to enter a home and took a wallet at around midnight.

• A 33-year-old Coram woman was arrested on June 18 in Rocky Point and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police said they found heroin in her possession during a traffic stop on Birch Road at 7:30 p.m. She was a passenger.

• A 31-year-old man from Patchogue was arrested on June 20 in Rocky Point and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, after he allegedly stole car keys from a residence on Brookhaven Drive.
