In conjunction with its recent rebranding and expansion initiatives, Total Technology Solutions of Melville, which up until October 2013 was previously named Total Computer Systems, recently welcomed Daniel Bernard of Rocky Point as its new Director of Technical Services.
Mr. Bernard’s expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement has had an immediate positive impact on Total Technology Solutions’ workflow while supporting the company’s organizational goals. A University of Phoenix graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Mr. Bernard worked as Manager at CPI Aerostructures in Edgewood, NY prior to joining Total Technology Solutions’ team. His prior work also includes serving as Manager of Information Technology and Continuous Improvement of Information at Aerodyne Controls (a Division of Circor International) in Ronkonkoma, NY.
In addition to hiring Mr. Bernard, Total Technology Solutions also welcomed John Camello of Commack as its new Vice President of Sales. Beyond the hiring of these two new executives and its recent company name overhaul, Total Technology Solutions has also rolled out a new website and an enhanced service model that includes expanded best practices network assessment and infrastructure services, along with a greater extension of the organization’s leading Essential Support Program (ESP).
