• Duties:  Responsible for weekly curriculums, monthly newsletters.  Need strong planning skills, must provide structured schedules for children, train and guide assistants in room and be strong role model.  Must be familiar with age appropriate emotional and social development.  Must be able to manage a variety of personalities using positive discipline methods.  Communicate with parents on daily basis in a positive manner.  Communicate with Director daily, keeping her up-to-date on all communications with parents and children.
