From Rock Point Schools:The Crafty Cooks Club at Joseph A. Edgar Intermediate School in the Rocky Point School District provides students with an outlet to express their creativity and passion in a fun-filled environment.
Open to third-grade students, this after-school club is advised by special education teachers Gina Hale and Kim O’Connor. During their meetings, students make seasonal crafts in a social environment, which promotes new friendships and teamwork.
