History Through a Unique Lens at Rocky Point High School
Special guests share their personal stories of Sept. 11.

Rocky Point High School students had the opportunity to experience the heroism and tragedy of the events of Sept. 11 through the perspective of those who have served our nation.
Decorated veterans, first responders and active duty service people gathered to share their personal stories and describe the worldwide effects of the day. Each guest spoke on the facts of the attack and connected with students through a narrative that provided thoughtful insight and a deeper understanding of the political, social and emotional impact.
