Long Island Man Dies After Vehicle Falls Off Jack: Police
A man was working on a vehicle Saturday night when it fell off a jack and crushed him, police say.
ROCKY POINT, NY — A Long Island man died Saturday night when a car he was working on fell on him, police said Tuesday.
The man was working on a vehicle at his home on Valhal Road in Rocky Point when it fell off of the jack and crushed him, police said. He died at the home.
Officers were called to the home around 8:40 p.m. Saturday.
