Man Killed in Suffolk County Crash
The single-car accident occurred early Wednesday, police say.
CORAM, NY - A 38-year-old man died after his car crashed into a utility pole and a tree in Coram early Wednesday morning, police said.
According to police, Christopher Burgos, of Mastic, was driving a 2009 Infiniti on Margaret Drive when his vehicle left the roadway south of Beach Lane at about 1:50 a.m.
Burgos was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The investigation is continuing and anyone with information on the crash is asked to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
