in Rocky Point is no more, and the 1,100 square-foot building zoned for retail or office is up for sale by Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors.

Located at 697 Route 25A in downtown Rocky Point at the corner of Jefferson Street, the two-story space is currently listed at $395,000, recently dropped from $440,000.

The auto parts store opened in 2004 and closed down just last year. According to listing agent David Madigan, there is no new tenant set to come in just yet.
