Rocky Point VFW Ladies Auxiliary Honors Longtime Members

Raimonde Vellucci, Genevieve Terman and Alice Petrow were recently honored for their long time membership with the Rocky Point VFW Post 6249 ladies auxiliary.

Velluci, of Rocky Point, was presented with the anniversary pin for 35 years as member of the ladies auxiliary. Her husband, Walter Vellucci, U.S. Army WWII, was a long time member of the post.

Terman, also of Rocky Point, was congratulated for serving as a member for 40 years. Her husband, John Terman, US Army WWII, was Post Commander from 1973-1977 and again from 1979-1980. Lastly, Petrow was presented with an anniversary pin for 25 years as a member of the ladies auxiliary. Her husband, Stanley Petrow, is now deceased.
