
Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man pictured above who they say stole merchandise from a Port Jefferson Station store last month.
Police say a man entered CVS, located at 1110 Route 112, hid a home drug test under his jacket and left the store without paying on Oct. 20 at about 10 a.m. The man, who was described as Hispanic, approximately 5-foot-6 with a stocky build, fled on foot through a wooded area on the north side of the building, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
