Promoting Unity In Rocky Point
Rocky Point High School's Human Rights Club helped to paint the community orange in honor of National Bullying Prevention Month.

MILLER PLACE-ROCKY POINT, NY - From the Rocky Point School District: In honor of National Bullying Prevention Month, the Rocky Point High School Human Rights Club recently promoted Pacer’s National Bullying Prevention Center and Unity Day.
On Unity Day people come together — in schools, communities and online —to send one large ORANGE message of support, hope and unity to show that we are united against bullying and united for kindness, acceptance and inclusion.
As a result of Rocky Point’s Unity Day fundraising, the Human Rights Club raised $226 for Pacer’s National Bullying Prevention Center.
