Rocky Point High Math team earns top honors
The team placed second in their division during this year's Suffolk County Math Teachers Association math league.
From Rocky Point Schools: Rocky Point High School’s Math Team placed second in their division during this year’s Suffolk County Math Teachers Association math league.
The team earned the honor based on their overall league rank of 16 out of 84. Additionally, senior Jade Pinkenburg was named an overall top scorer for the 2017-2018 year. “I am very proud of my team they worked so hard this year and absolutely deserve this recognition,” said math team adviser Janece Guerra.
