Rocky Point HS Cheer Wins Regional Championship Title
Rocky Point High School varsity cheer team won first place at this year's Empire Regional Championship at Nassau Community College.
MILLER PLACE-ROCKY POINT, NY - From The Rocky Point School District: Rocky Point High School’s varsity cheer leading team recently took home the first-place title during this year’s Empire Regional Championship at Nassau Community College.
This was the 13th regional championship title for Rocky Point and the first- place win that awarded them a bid to the National High School Cheer leading Championship hosted in Orlando, Florida in early February. The Rocky Point School District congratulates all of the student-athletes and their coaches on this phenomenal accomplishment and wishes them well at nationals.
