What's Inside: The Volcano Roll is a Crispy shrimp tempura roll topped with broiled eel and spicy sauce. Classic California Roll (crab meat and avocado) is topped with masago.

How's it Taste: A cooked roll offers a nice change with just the right amount of spicy sauce to give the roll enough bite. The masago gives the California Roll an interesting twist; fortunately there isn't too much on top as to overpower the roll.
