This is the way America works now, just keep an eye on the widening J.P. Morgan investigations. It's real simple and goes like this. J.P. Morgan will be found guilty of charges stemming from 6 (we know of investigation). No matter how criminal any of the charges are or how deep individuals were involved; no one will go to jail (just like the case of HBSC laundering drug money for Mexican gangs).
J.P. Morgan will be made to just pay a fine(s) and no one goes to jail no matter what level of evil was going on. The government in need of cash as always will receive the fines and wink wink guilty, investigation closed.
You see, unlike you and I they are "too big to fail" and in another class of society. Those people are in class were normal laws don't apply to them.
We used to pride ourselves on our legal being blind to social class when it came to handing out judgments.
The figure of lady justice needs now to have a box on her head and her hand out behind her taking the pay-off in fines from the upper class too big to fail or go to jail types, and of cause, conversely, for the other class; a heavy hammer in the other hand for petty crimes, like maybe a few too many ounces of pot for personal use and a few years jail time for troubling no one.
