What Should be Done With This Shoreham Corner?
Zoned for residential, owner hopes for change to business zoning.
The owner of four parcels of land on the corner of Randall Road and Route 25A in Shoreham is hoping the 1.8 acres are rezoned to J2-business in the final Route 25A Land Use Plan, according to a report in the Village Beacon Record.
Owner Kevin Wood presented his ideas to the Shoreham Civic in mid-June, saying he sees the development of a professional center. Currently, the four parcels are zoned for residential.
