3-Year-Old Girl Killed In Nassau Crash
BREAKING: Awful news to report on a crash Sunday morning.

UNIONDALE, NY – A 3-year-old girl was killed and two other people were hurt in a two-car crash in Uniondale Sunday morning, police said.
According to Nassau Police, a 62-year-old man was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox east on Jerusalem Avenue at 11:40 a.m. when he attempted to change lanes. His car struck a 2016 Equinox that was also heading eastbound. The 2016 Equinox then left the roadway and struck a tree, police said.
A 3-year-old girl inside the 2016 Equinox was pronounced dead at a local hospital at 12:35 p.m. Her 28-year-old mother, also a passenger in the SUV, sustained lower leg fractures. The driver, a 66-year-old woman, suffered back and neck injuries.

No one inside the 2017 Equinox was hurt. No criminal charges have been filed.
Police said they are not releasing the names of anyone involved in the crash.
