Chef Mitchell Sudock Prepares Thanksgiving Supper At Mitch And Toni’s American Bistro

Chef Mitchell SuDock of Mitch and Toni’s American Bistro will prepare Thanksgiving supper on Thursday, November 24 from 1 to 8 p.m.  The feast includes three courses for $54 per person, plus tax and gratuity.  The menu is as follows:

*Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Duck confit, spiced sour cream

*Mesclun Salad

Goat cheese, pecans, pears, beets, red onion, port wine vinaigrette

*Pumpkin Ravioli

Roasted beets, chestnuts, balsamic brown butter

 

Choice of Entrée

*Roasted Turkey

Potato puree, cornbread & chestnut stuffing, Brussels sprouts, fork-smashed rutabaga, cranberry chutney

*Roasted Venison

Wild rice, pumpkin pudding, huckleberries

*Pan Roasted Diver Sea Scallops

Polenta, string beans, wild mushrooms, mushroom beurre blanc

*Pan Seared Organic Salmon

Truffled potato puree, fried cauliflower, caramelized shallots, lemon, capers
