Fish & Sips Wine Dinner At Mitch And Toni’s American Bistro

Mitch and Toni’s American Bistro (875 Willis Avenue, Albertson, NY 11507 [516] 741-7940 www.mitchandtonis.com), featuring seasonal and local contemporary American cuisine by Chef Mitchell Sudock, will host a Fish & Sips Wine Dinner on Wednesday, April 25, starting at 5 p.m. for $85 per person plus tax and gratuity.  The evening includes a four-course tasting menu created by Sudock.  The menu is as follows:
