Mitch And Toni’s American Bistro Pairs Cigar & Scotch With Four-Course Dinner By Chef Mitchell Sudock

Mitch and Toni’s American Bistro, featuring seasonal and local contemporary American cuisine by Chef Mitchell Sudock, will host a Cigar Scotch dinner on Wednesday, March 7, starting at 5 p.m. for $85 per person plus tax and gratuity.  The evening includes four courses created by Sudock, and Scotch girls and pours.  Each guest will receive a hand roller and four cigars, one of which will be hand rolled.  Reservations are required for this event.  The restaurant will not be serving regular dinner service on March 7 but the regular lunch menu will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

*Macallan 12 Year & Macallan 18 Year

The menu is as follows:
*Potato Latkes
Smoked salmon, sour cream, scallions
*Smoked Kielbasa
Sauerkraut, house made mustard

*Cuban "Sandwich" Empanadas
*Bison Sliders
Cheddar, bacon, frizzled onions

*Grilled NY Strip Steak
Potato gratin, string beans, mushrooms, red wine sauce

*S'mores
Fudge brownie, graham crackers, homemade marshmallows, cinnamon ice cream
