Mitch and Toni’s American Bistro presents its first wine dinner on Thursday, December 1 along with Raeder’s Wine & Spirits (1029 Willis Avenue, Albertson, NY 11507 [516] 747-0004). Reservations are required and begin at 5 p.m. The evening will include: a four-course meal by Chef Mitchell Sudock and a pouring of Italian wines. The cost is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited. The menu for the evening is as follows:
