Host a French Teenager this Summer!

An amazing educational opportunity is taking place this summer through WEP summer program with Italy and France! Sign up to welcome one of the eight amazing high school teenagers coming to our area from two Europe’s most popular countries (two Italian & six French students). Each student will live with the local family for several weeks to discover the daily life of the American people. The students will form lifelong friendships learning about America and themselves, while contributing to the host community through a meaningful volunteer project, whether it’s painting the local church, helping at the animal shelter or teaching French at the local children’s camp. These amazing boys & girls passed rigorous screenings to be selected for the program and will come with full medical insurance. Families are asked to provide a room (it can be shared with a teen sibling) and meals at home.


Host one of these young ambassadors and get a new son or daughter for life! Explore magical Italy or France without leaving your home by interacting with your student, practicing your language skills and learning about the beautiful culture that you could visit. Families with younger children can give them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an older sibling & a role model, while teens will benefit from learning from each other. Families without children, retirees, empty nesters and single persons are eligible to apply. The students prepared delicious recipes to share with their hosts and will be happy to treat you to some amazing authentic dishes.
