Man Killed In Nassau Crash On Rain Slicked Road
BREAKING: A 33-year-old man lost control of his BMW and crashed into a minivan Saturday morning, police say.

OLD WESTBURY, NY – A 33-year-old man was killed when he lost control of his car and crashed into a minivan as heavy rain fell Saturday morning, Nassau Police said.
According to police, the driver of a 1999 BMV was heading south on Glen Cove Road in Old Westbury when his car spun into a northbound lane and collided with a 2005 Dodge Caravan at 8:45 a.m.
The driver of the BMW, who police have not identified, suffered head trauma and was transported to Winthrop-University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:32 a.m.

The 56-year-old male driver of the Dodge was treated at a local hospital for lacerations to his head and leg, police said.
No criminal charges are expected to be filed in the crash, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
