Mineola School District Welcomes its New Teachers

The Mineola School District welcomed 23 new teachers at its orientation session this week.

During the program, the new teachers were given the keys to a successful school year with students, as well as a sense of the Mustang culture. The purpose of the orientation was to acquaint the new teachers with the expectations and core values of the district, as well as introduce them to the technologies and resources available to them and their students.

At the Hampton Street School are Daniela Cavalieri, Lucy Guzman, Lisa Krawciw, Nick Tonini, Jillian Vento and Carina Waldman.

At the Jackson Avenue School is Damaris Ramirez.

At Meadow Drive School is Katelyn Schmidt and Natalie Vattuone.

At Mineola Middle School is James Durso and Michelle Martins.

At Mineola High School are Jeffrey Appelbaum, Joseph Denniger, Kuri DiFede, Elizabeth Gerner, Jamie McAndrew,Aislinn Oliveri, Michael Oliveri, Irina Renner, Chris Toomey, Kimberly Vrabel, Andrew Woolsey and Karen Woolsey.
