Nassau Man Pointed Loaded Gun At Girlfriend's Face: Police
BREAKING: A heated argument led to the incident. No one was hurt.

An Elmont man was arrested Tuesday in Searingtown after he pointed a loaded gun at his girlfriend's face during an argument, police say.
According to police, William Santos, Jr., 34, of Fallon Avenue, Elmont, was in an argument with his girlfriend when he pointed a loaded black and silver handgun at her face. The 29-year-old victim was able to pull away, left the scene and called police.
Police found Santos at his home and arrested him at 1:40 a.m. Police say that further investigation led to the recovery of a Smith & Wesson handgun.

Santos is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, menacing and criminal mischief. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
