Noche Latina at Eisenhower Park continues its 6th year of celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Established over 25 years ago, Hsipanic Heritage Month became an initiative to commemorate the significatn presence of Hispanic Americans in the United States. Playing its part in the month’s celebration, Noche Latina presents Long Island with dance, gastronomy, music and other aspsects of culture from various Spanish-speaking regions. The mission of Noche Latina is not only to celebrate the numerious contributions of Hispanics abroad, and in the United States, but also to promote cultural awareness and diversity.
This family friendly event we will be featuring all of the following:
- Games and activities from various Spanish Speaking regions
- Delicious foods from all Spanish speaking regions
- Dance lessons
- Performances
