Northwell Health Employee Stole $50K From Company Credit Cards in NHP: Police

The Queens woman was arrested at her home Friday.

A Northwell Health employee in North New Hyde Park was arrested after police said she used corporate credit cards to steal more than $50,000 and made false entries into business records to cover up the thefts.

Rosalyn Persaud, 34, of Rosedale, who was employed as an executive assistant for North Shore LIJ Perioperative Services, located at 1979 Marcus Ave., had access to six JP Morgan corporate credit cards and used four of them to make purchases for her own personal use from Dec. 1, 2013 to Dec. 11, 2015, police said.

Persaud also made false entries into business records documenting the purchases, police said.
