Pasta Night at Café Rossini

Over 30 pasta choices await diners on Mondays from 5 to 9:30 p.m. at Café Rossini, and the meal includes a salad and dessert for dine-in customers.

What’s In It: Lasagna, baked ziti, fettucini Alfredo, spaghetti puttanesca, penne primavera, rigatoni al carciofi are just some of the many menu options on Monday Pasta Night.

Linguine casalinga, a combination of chopped tomato, eggplant, mozzarella, garlic and fresh basil in a light marinara was the pasta choice for the night. 

How’s It Taste: The eggplant was pounded, bread and fried and cut into small squares. It was filling and the ingredients worked well together.

Sides: for $8.95, diners get their choice of one pasta, house salad and housemade cannoli.
