Pedestrian Pistol Whipped In Mugging In Nassau

Nassau County police are searching for two men that mugged another man as he was walking in Mineola Tuesday night.

According to police, the 25-year-old male victim was walking near 40 Old Country Road when he was approached by two other men, one of whom had a handgun. The mugger pistol whipped the man in the head and mouth before taking his phone and cash. The two muggers then fled in an unknown direction.
