Police: 2 Men Used Stolen Credit Cards at 13 Locations in Carle Place, Westbury

One suspect was arrested Monday night and the second suspect surrendered to officers Tuesday morning.

Two men accused of using stolen credit cards at over a dozen locations in Westbury and Carle Place were recently arrested, according to Nassau County Police.

Joshua Nembhard, 17, of Westbury, and Rodney King, 22, of New Cassel, used the stolen credit cards at 12 Westbury locations and one Carle Place location between Tuesday, July 7 and Wednesday, July 8, police said.

The police investigation led to the arrest of Nembhard on Monday at 7:45 p.m.

Authorities then located King at his residence and he surrendered to officers at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday.

Nembhard was arraigned Tuesday and King will be arraigned Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
