Police Seek Man Who Used Phone Camera to Look Up a Woman's Dress in Target

Authorities are looking to identify a man who used a cell phone to look up a woman’s dress in Westbury in July.

A woman was looking at store merchandise inside a Target, located at 999 Corporate Drive, when she felt something touch her dress at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 9.

According to authorities, the woman turned around to find a man squatting down with his cell phone, which police believe he was using to take pictures and or video to see up the woman’s dress.

The man is wanted by Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department for unlawful surveillance.
