Queens Man Was Driving Drunk With 3 Kids In Car: Nassau Police
Police pulled him over for driving without headlights early in the morning.

A Queens man was arrested in Westbury early Wednesday morning and charged with driving drunk with three children in his car.
According to police, Marshall McDermott, 29, of Parsons Boulevard, Queens, was seen by police driving a 2008 Chrysler Minivan without headlights just before 1 a.m. Police pulled over the car and determined that McDermott was driving while intoxicated.
Police say there were three children in the car, ages 2, 6 and 11. The children were released into the custody of their mother.

McDermott is charged with DWI, three counts of aggravated DWI (Leandra's Law), three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, inadequate lights and license plate missing/displayed improperly.
