Readers’ Choice: Best Pancakes in Mineola Winner

Wednesday, Mineola Patch asking readers to answer our poll of the best pancakes.

After whipping their batter and firing up the griddle, residents voted for their selection for the village’s best place for pancakes in our poll, ultimately selecting the Williston Park IHOP as their choice as Mineola’s Best Pancakes 2012.

The restaurant won the poll with 8 total votes (or 57 percent of all votes cast). Station Plaza Coffee Shop & Diner came in second with 3 (21 percent) votes cast and Chef’s Corner finished third with 7 percent of the vote.
