What’s Inside: The sauce combines Italian parsley, capers, salt, garlic, olive oil, French Dijon mustard, English mustard powder, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar and bread crumbs.
How’s It Taste: Salsa verde has a lot of punch and can enhance many dishes such as grilled fish, sliced tomatoes and like bruschetta on bread. It goes well in vegetable salads and can be used in lieu of mayonnaise in potato salad.
