Teen Called in 6 Bomb Threats to Nassau County High School: Police
BREAKING: The 17-year-old is charged with making a terrorist threat.
A Uniondale teen was arrested on Friday for making numerous bomb threats toward Uniondale High School over the past month, Nassau Police said.
Tahmari Lowe, 17, is charged with six counts of making a terrorist threat.
According to police, Uniondale High School received a phone call stating that there was a bomb in the school Friday morning. School officials evacuated the building and notified police.

While officers were at the school, a second call was received, in which the caller said again that there was a bomb inside, police said.
The calls were the fifth and sixth such calls received by the school since Sept. 15, all from the same phone number, police said.

An investigation identified Lowe as the person who was making the calls, police said. First Squad detectives located Lowe at his home Friday afternoon and placed him under arrest without incident.
Lowe will be arraigned on Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
