Village Issues Summonses to Oak Place Hoarder

A resident on Oak Place in Mineola is causing a stink among neighbors – literally. According to the Village of Mineola, the homeowner of 375 Oak Place has been summonsed on several separate occasions for the condition of the property, namely for the behavior commonly referred to as “hoarding.”
