Village Of Mineola Water Main Break, Possibly Brown Water In Homes

VILLAGE OF MINEOLA, NY — The Village of Mineola announced on Facebook that there are water main breaks at several locations throughout the Village.

They said this may cause brown water in residents' homes, according to the post.

If a resident is experiencing brown water, officials said to run cold water until the water turns clear, emphasizing not to run the water hot.
