Police Identify Man Found Dead in Montauk

MONTAUK, NY — Police have identified a man found dead in Montauk on Saturday, authorities said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Gavin Q. Keblish, 23, of Eastport was found by a passerby on a grassy area near 23 Fort Pond Road at 6:02 a.m.

East Hampton Town Police responded to the scene and confirmed that the man was deceased, officials said.

The death does not appear to be suspicious in nature and no foul play is expected, police said.
