17-Year-Old In 'Grave Condition' After Being Shot In The Neck
Investigators said the shooting on Sunday may have been the result of an earlier dispute between two groups who were gathered near a park.

YONKERS, NY — A teenager suffered a life-threatening wound after he was shot Saturday night at a park near Tuckahoe Road.
The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. near H. Boo Wilson Park, according to Yonkers police. A 17-year-old from the Bronx was shot once in the neck. He was rushed to a local area trauma center in grave condition, according to officials.
The name of the victim has not yet been released by police.

Investigators believe the shooting may be related to an earlier dispute in the park between two groups of people. Detectives said the gunman fired at least two shots in the direction of the victim before fleeing.
