American Christmas Expands Weekend Hours Due To Popular Demand
The Westchester company, which decorates Rockefeller Center, Macy's & Radio City Music Hall, has raised $35K from ticket sales for charity.

MOUNT VERNON, NY — American Christmas opened its doors to the public for the first time on November 4, and has already raised more than $35,000 for the three nonprofit organizations that will benefit from 100 percent of the net proceeds of ticket sales.
And now the company responsible for decorating Rockefeller Center, Macy's and Radio City Music Hall has expanded hours due to popular demand.
Santa’s Village weekday hours are 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., while weekend hours are now expanded to 9:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., to accomodate visitors.

"The demand for tickets has far exceeded our expectations and we are pleased to announce that we are expanding our weekend hours to accommodate as many guests as possible,” stated Dan Casterella, CEO of American Christmas. "To date The Christmas Experience has generated $35,000 in ticket sales and we are proud to say that 100% of the profit from ticket sales through the end of the season will be donated."

The organizations that will benefit include The Mount Vernon Boys & Girls Club, North East STEM Academy, and Youth Community Outreach Program of Mt. Vernon.
Located at 30 Warren Place in Mt. Vernon, American Christmas has been creating the world’s most iconic holiday displays for over 50 years, including Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Macy’s, Cartier, Saks, Harry Winston, Ralph Lauren and J. Crew. They operate in 30 states to the delight of holiday revelers across the country.

Visitors to the Mt. Vernon location can view the iconic NYC displays being assembled, head over to Santa’s Workshop for taking festive holiday photos under 50,000 twinkling lights, shop at the Outlet store featuring decorations from prior year NYC displays for inside and outside the home, and then head over to the Christmas in America retail shop with ornaments not available anywhere else in Westchester.
Tickets for the Christmas Experience are available online here. Prices are $10 per ticket during the week and $15 per ticket on weekends, with kids 2 and under free. Free parking is available in front of the building.
