BMW Motorcycle Rider Killed In I-87 Crash In Westchester
After the initial impact, the rider was ejected from the motorcycle and struck the cement barrier on the opposite side of roadway.

YONKERS, NY — Police say that a high-speed crash involving a lone motorcycle in Westchester County resulted in the death of a Bronx man.
The New York State Police say that on Saturday, around 10 p.m., troopers responded to I-87 northbound in Yonkers after reports of a motorcycle crash.
Once patrol units and EMS were on the scene, they found the operator, 27-year-old Osterman I. Cuevas-Campos, dead on the shoulder of the road.

Investigators said that Cuevas-Campos was operating a 2017 BMW motorcycle at an unsafe speed and failed to negotiate the curve in the roadway, resulting in him hitting the guardrail. After the impact, he was ejected from the motorcycle and struck the cement barrier located on the left shoulder.
Police say that this in an ongoing investigation.
