Board of Estimate and Contract Meeting - January 2, 2019

A regularly scheduled Board of Estimate and Contracts Meeting was held Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 9:30 am in the Mayor’s conference room. The following members of the board were present: Comptroller Deborah Reynolds and Mayor Richard Thomas.

The agenda included twelve (12) items, which fell under the following categories:
— Resolutions

• Authorizing the Department of Public Works to purchase a salt shelter. ($36,947.00)
• Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Westchester County Board of Legislators. (Summer Basketball camp — $20,600.00)
• Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Westchester County for the Fun Filled Summer Programs. ($8,837.00)
• Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Westchester County Youth Bureau. (Youth Services Program — $20,576.00)
